Housecall Providers
As a national leader and one of the largest providers of home-based medicine on the West Coast, Housecall Providers offers in-home primary care, palliative care, and hospice services to over 2,000 chronically ill patients each year. In May 2017, Housecall Providers became a part of the CareOregon family. The partnership is designed to increase access to and enhance in-home medical care in the Portland metro area.
