Michaela McCormick
Michaela McCormick has practiced meditation since 2001. She is a teacher, meditation instructor, and leader of Queer Dharma at the Portland Shambhala Meditation Center, a member of the Diversity Working Group of Shambhala International, and a member of Portland Buddhist Peace Fellowship. For 25 years she worked as a teacher, trainer, and practitioner of conflict resolution and public dialogue. For even longer, she has been a community organizer/activist. She has written two memoirs and now writes poetry and essays on social and spiritual themes. -

Penny L. Davis is a founding partner of The Elder Law Firm, formed in 1998. Before that, she spent 14 years representing elders at Multnomah County Legal Aid Service. She is a past chair of the Elder Law Section and the Health Law Section of the Oregon State Bar. -

Kaden Winterkorn is a non-binary educator who has spent their career teaching and coordinating programs for young adults with a focus on social, economic, and queer justice. Kaden co-facilitates a support group for non-binary individuals in their community and advocates for the rights and equitable treatment of trans* and non-binary folks. -
