Mindfulness Skills for Stress Reduction

  • Lots of folks experience stress and anxiety— yikes! While we can sometimes control our circumstances, at other times we need to gain control over our state of mind. This workshop will teach three mindfulness skills you can practice to calm anxious thoughts and find a sense of ease and acceptance in the present moment.
